Acceptance of Terms By registering for, accessing, or using the SabiTax platform, you verify that you are authorized to bind your organization to these terms. 2. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 3. Subscription & Billing SabiTax offers both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial periods. 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to breach security, uploading malicious code, or using the service for illegal activities. 5. Data Ownership You retain all rights to the data you upload to SabiTax. We claim no ownership over your payroll or employee data. We grant you a limited license to access our software for your business purposes. 6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SabiTax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. 7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
